Asuhan Keperawatan dengan Intervensi Mobilisasi Progresif di ICU Eka Hospital BSD: Laporan Kasus

Pasien stroke hemoragik fase akut di ICU rentan terhadap komplikasi hemodinamik dan respirasi akibat imobilisasi berkepanjangan. Mobilisasi progresif level I merupakan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang bertujuan menstabilkan tekanan darah, meningkatkan saturasi oksigen, serta mencegah komplikasi tirah baring. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efek mobilisasi progresif level I terhadap stabilitas hemodinamik dan saturasi oksigen pada pasien stroke hemoragik di ICU. Desain studi kasus deskriptif digunakan pada satu pasien stroke hemoragik fase akut. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengkajian keperawatan, observasi tekanan darah dan saturasi oksigen sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, serta pemantauan status neurologis. Setelah penerapan mobilisasi progresif level I, tekanan darah pasien menjadi lebih stabil, dengan penurunan tekanan sistolik bertahap tanpa tanda instabilitas. Saturasi oksigen meningkat, menandakan perbaikan ventilasi dan pertukaran gas. Tidak ditemukan komplikasi seperti penurunan kesadaran mendadak, desaturasi, atau peningkatan tekanan intrakranial signifikan. Mobilisasi progresif level I efektif dan aman untuk menstabilkan tekanan darah serta meningkatkan saturasi oksigen pada pasien stroke hemoragik di ICU. Intervensi ini direkomendasikan sebagai bagian dari praktik keperawatan berbasis bukti.
